Legalisation

After notarisation, many documents require additional formalities before they can be used overseas.  You may have been asked to obtain an Apostille from the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office and sometimes additional authentication from the embassy of the overseas country. This is legalisation. I will discuss with you whether this is necessary and if so, explain exactly what this involves.

My credentials are registered at the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office and embassies so that my seal and signature can be authenticated. This enables the documentation to be accepted overseas.
